電動機通過三腳皮帶傳動，帶動主軸及鎖口墊旋轉，易拉罐罐放步旋轉，鎖口墊同時起到壓緊罐蓋密封易拉罐的目的，壓緊力手感適度即可，左、右滾子在凸輪的作用下，先左后右壓緊易拉罐，封口工序完成。

易拉罐灌裝、封蓋機主機所有動作采用氣動原理，沒有電機傳動，由PLC控制各功能氣缸驅動機器完成各項工作，能耗及低，主機功率小于40瓦。
